Through a menu of carefully created and expertly managed programs, ATW will change the future. With focused efforts in Middle Schools through Collegiate and Professional Adult levels, we seek to remove obstacles and create opportunities in technology for generations of women.

Through the ATW GREAT MINDS™ Youth Program for K-12 girls, we facilitate introduction and fund experiences to opportunities in technology.

In the ATW GREAT MINDS™ Collegiate arena, we offer programs to encourage and connect young women with technology career ambitions.

With the Mentor Program, we match applicants with executive-level mentors for specifically designed and individually prescribed mentor/mentee relationships.

For senior level professionals and emerging leaders, Executive Leadership Forums and Coaching are provided in concert with a partner organization of top female leaders.

Through regular local Chapter Events, ATW provides a forum rich in industry education, along with the opportunity to meet and connect with members and their guests.

ATW programs, scholarships and other benefits exclusive to members aim for results: increased percentages of young women pursuing careers in these fields, and a significantly larger pool of successful women in technical organizations.
